Privacy policy

Version of 2 November 2026

1. General provisions

This Policy explains what personal data the real estate agency MINGRAND REAL ESTATE (“Mingrand”, “we”) collects when you use mingrand.com.ua, why we collect it and how we protect it.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. By using the site and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. Who processes your data

The owner of the personal data is Mingrand. Office: 9/2 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv. Email: mingrandua@gmail.com. Phone: +380 67 777-17-28.

3. What data we collect

Data you give us yourself through the forms on the site:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address, if you provide it;
  • the content of your request: property wishes and details of your property, such as its address, area and desired price, if you include them;
  • the service you chose, the property you are interested in and a convenient time to call.

Data sent automatically: IP address, browser and device type, page address and time of access. This is needed to run and protect the site. We also store the address of the page a request was sent from.

We do not ask for passport details, payment details or other special categories of data on the site. Please do not include them in your message.

4. Why we use the data

  • to contact you and respond to your request;
  • to find a property, or to arrange a viewing, sale or letting of your property;
  • to keep records of requests and provide the agency’s services;
  • to keep the site running and protect it from abuse and automated spam;
  • to comply with the law.

We do not send marketing mailings based on a request made on the site, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal grounds

We process data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting a request, and where necessary to conclude and perform a contract with you, to comply with the law or to protect our legitimate interests, including the security of the site.

6. Who receives the data

Requests are available to the Mingrand staff and brokers who need them to work with you. We also use services that technically process data on our behalf:

  • Plektan — the CRM system where we keep requests and properties;
  • Cloudflare — hosting, site protection and delivery of request notifications;
  • Google (Gmail) — the agency’s email;
  • Google Maps — the map on property pages;
  • Google Analytics — anonymised statistics of site visits.

Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it. Your data is shared with others only with your consent, for example with a property owner or counterparty to carry out a deal.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages they view, where they come from and which devices they use. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under Google’s privacy policy; we receive only aggregated statistics and do not use them to identify you. The site has no advertising trackers.

Your browser also keeps technical settings: the chosen currency and a note that the intro animation has been shown. This data is not sent to us and cannot identify you.

The Google map on a property page loads when you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. Links to Instagram, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Rieltor and DIM.RIA lead to third-party services with their own rules. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

8. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and provide our services, and for the periods set by law. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we stop processing it unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. How we protect data

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection, and only authorised people can access requests. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable organisational and technical measures to prevent loss or unauthorised access.

10. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:

  • know what data about you is processed, by whom and for what purpose;
  • access your data;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete data;
  • object to processing and withdraw your consent;
  • complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

To use these rights, email us at mingrandua@gmail.com or call +380 67 777-17-28.

11. Children’s data

The site is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if the site or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page, with its date shown at the top.
